Would anyone give the recipe to this poor soul who asked for it?
Instead of engaging in sterile discussions about subjects on which people are 
not knowledgeable.
    I asked the following question to a friend of mine who happens to be a 
Commissioner for games and fishing in Florida: Is conch banned in Florida?
    Fishing conch is not allowed, but its import is not.  It may be imported 
from the Bahamas and other countries and is widely consumed in Miami, and 
legally at that.  Its use is not an issue!
    The posting merely asked for a recipe not discourse on right and wrong.
