5997: WORLD BANK STUDY ON HAITI 1985 (fwd)

While looking through a library recently, I came across a study by the World
Bank, circa 1985, outlining a myriad number of efforts that could be
undertaken to re-launch Haiti on the development path (Let's face it, Haiti
has fallen off badly).
Does anyone know about this study. I am neither an agronomist or an
economist but think that this study is a good base.
