> 5 1/2 pounds fresh pumpkins
> 32 ounces heavy cream
> 3 ounces sugar
> 5 ounces GOUDA CHEESE
> dash salt
> dash fresh ground black pepper
> 2 quarts water
> Buy a fresh pumpkin of 8 LBS.
> Cut the pumpkin and take out the seeds.
> Peel the pumpkin and cut it in cubes.
> Boil the cubes for 35 minutes until they are soft.
> Separate the boiling water and boiled pumpkin and
> blend the pumpkin meat. Put the blended pumpkin
> in a pan and add on heavy cream, fresh ground black
> pepper and salt to taste.
> Finish the blended pumpkin with boiled water to get
> a creamy soup.
> Add shredded Gouda cheese on top and sugar to taste.
