> Buy a fresh pumpkin of 8 LBS.

> Cut the pumpkin and take out the seeds.

> Peel the pumpkin and cut it in cubes.

> Boil the cubes for 35 minutes until they are soft.

> Separate the boiling water and boiled pumpkin and
