Joel Dreyfuss asks if there is some kind of "evacuation" under way since all
flights from PAP to New York are booked till early September.  Absolutely
not, because the reverse trips are also completely full.  One theory
floating around New York is that since Aristide has cracked down on the
zenglendos, the diapora community feels safer in travelling there now and
many are going back this summer to visit family, etc.

I wonder why American Airlines isn't adding more flights in response to the
demand...
