The legislators who are afraid to vote one way or another in Haiti should 
have thought of this fear factor and potential threat to their families prior 
to presenting themselves as candidates for the legislative posts they have 
been elected to. 

Are they getting paid to be afraid to follow whatever conscience they are 
attributed to  possess? 

If they are so afraid they should abdicate their post. Bat zel yo. 

You can't just collect and enjoy the benefits of the job and not perform. 

Either they play the game or ask the coach to come out.
