What is the next step?
No help will be given until an impossible compromise
is reached? The people are starving what is the next
move. It is crystal clear that the current US
administration will not give a dime to Haiti as long
as the current Haitian President is in power or
without a coalition government headed by a prime
minister as describe in the constitution and makes 
ipso facto the current Haitian leader a ceremonial
president.
