Dejean Belizaire worked closely with Eddy Dupiton to provide the legal
pretext and veneer for legitimizing the coup of 1991. While Lavalas and
other FNCD Senators and Deputies were forced into hiding, Belizaire and
Dupiton sat comfortably in the parliament after having reached a lucrative
accord with Cedras and Francois. I have some wonderful interviews and
footage showing that these gentlemen worked in collusion with the
dictatorship.
