Does Kevin Pina think all lawyers in Haiti are of dubious distinction or
is he
speaking only of those lawyers who protested.

What is his opinion of the judicial system of Haiti. Is it working to his
liking or does it need a tune up?

If lawyers, because of their perceived dubious distinction, should not
protest
against corruption within the Haitian judicial system, whom would Kevin
designate as worthy to protest the inadequacies of that system, assuming
Kevin
would agree the present system is inadequate.
