1914– Exact date unknown – Laura Bommarito Ciaramitaro and her 5 children moved to St. Louis, Missouri to live closer to her brother (Sam Bommarito) and sister (Rosaria Bommarito Ciaramitaro)

Note: I could find no listing in the 1920 U.S. Census records for Eulalia (Laura) Ciaramitaro or for her daughter Gracia Ciaramitaro.
1921 – The St. Louis City Directory lists a Laura Sharamitaro living at 1421 N. 7th Street.
1922 – 22 July 1922 – per Civil Records at St. Louis County Courthouse – marriage of daughter, Grace Sharamitaro to Charles Regina.
1922 – 22 Oct 1922 – per St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church records – marriage in church of daughter, Gracia Ciaramitaro to Salvatore Ciaramitaro, son of Giuseppe and Rosalia Ciaramitaro
1923 – The 1923 St. Louis Street Directory (Red & Blue Book) – lists a Mrs. Laura Bommarito living at 1421 N. Seventh Street. In addition it lists a Jos (Sarah) Sharamitaro living at 1414 N. Seventh St., and a Sam’l (Lena) Bommarito living at 1418a N. Seventh St.
1928 - 19 March 1928 – Death of little grandson, Leo Sharamitaro, at age 5 from diptheria and pneumonia. The funeral on 21 March 1928 was from St. James the Greater Catholic Church and per the parish bulletin; “rarely has so large an attendance been observed at a child’s funeral”

1930 – U. S. Federal Census on 10 April 1930 in Ward 24, St. Louis City, Missouri. Listed is Joe Sharamitaro as head of household who owns the home at 6326 West Park Avenue –value $8000. Radio set: Yes. Joe was 28 and Jennie 17 when they married. He listed as immigrated in 1901, she in 1905 (both immigrated in 1902 with mother and siblings, he in April, she in August)
1931 – 19 April 1931 – per Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church records – marriage of daughter, Katerina (Katie) Ciaramitaro to Cesare (James J) Ciaramitaro son of Giuseppe and Rosaria Ciaramitaro
1935 – actual date unknown – Marriage of adopted son, Joseph Sharamitaro to Margaret O’Shaughnessy, daughter of John and Margaret O’Shaughnessy at St. James the Greater Catholic Church (?)
1936 – actual date unknown – Marriage of son, Peno Sharamitaro to Virginia Green, daughter of Charles and Nora Green at St. James the Greater Catholic Church (?)
1940 – U. S. Federal Census on 11 April 1940 Ward 24, St. Louis city, Missouri. Listed is Joe Sharamitaro as head of household and owning the home at 6328 West Park, value $2500, they lived in this same house in 1935. Both Joe and Jennie are naturalized citizens.
1940 – U. S. Federal Census taken on 17 April 1940 Ward 24, St. Louis, Missouri. Listed is Joe Sharamitaro (adopted son of Laura and the late Pietro Ciaramitaro). They are renting ($25/mon) at 6131 Crescent Avenue and in 1935 they state that they lived at the same place.
1941 – 6 December 1941 - Japanese attack Pearl Harbor – America declares war on Japan, Germany and Italy
Sharamitaro (Grandsons) who served:
1947 – 28 Dec 1947 – Death of (adopted) son, Joseph Sharamitaro at 40 yrs old, of heart attack, at St. Louis City Hospital. Residence at the time per death certificate was 2335 Park Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. Occupation: Chauffeur for Pupillo Fruit Co., Divorced from Margaret. Per obituary the funeral was from Hoppe Funeral Home, 4700 Washington Ave. On 30 December there was a funeral mass at St. James the Greater Church with interment at Calvary Cemetery.
1951 – 20 July 1951 – Death of brother in law, Giuseppe Ciaramitaro, husband of sister, Rosaria Bommarito Ciaramitaro. Funeral 13 July from Bensiek-Niehaus to St. Patrick church with interment in family plot at Calvary Cemetery.
1952 – 27 April 1952 – Death of Laura Bommarito Ciaramitaro of heart disease at 70 yrs old. Per the death certificate she was living at 6328 West Park Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. The funeral was from P. Miceli & Sons Funeral Home 1150 N. Kingshighway. On 30 April there was a funeral mass at St. James the Greater Catholic Church with interment at Calvary Cemetery.
