BUT... have you ever wondered about the history of the Mu.ny? How it began on that hillside in Forest Park? How it grew to become the oldest and largest outdoor theatre In the country?
Laura Peters Reilly, our speaker, and the Muny Opera’s Director of Marketing since 1992, grew up In St. Louis and knows The Muny as a St. Louis tradiffon. She will share with us a slide show that traces the history of THE MUNY from its humble beginnings and closes with a “Cavalcade of Stars”.
