From:SSeitz8935@aol.com Recently 60 Minutes with Mike Wallace shot a segment on "Justice" in Haiti, especially dealing with USAID's involvement. Supposedly the segment aimed at the American's poor practices and failure to infiltrate, reform, or use the proper approach with Haiti's justice system.
