In mid March, a 5-member team from Hastings

Law School in San Francisco visited the Jérémie

Law School to teach short courses related to

immigration law, refugee law, human rights law,

etc. The team also delivered six computers

(PC with pentium chip) with their ancillary equipment

and software, including Windows 95 in French.

In the words of one of the participants, the

visit was awesome. It is the first of many such trips

to come at the rate of at least one trip per year.
