#4670: lanbi (fwd)

Two things I've learned about lanbi:

1) After cleaning (fresh lanbi)it should be given a swift hit with one 
of those metal kitchen hammers. "Fo bat li"

2) while boiling the fresh lanbi (best in a pressure cooker) never take 
the top off until its finished cooking.
