Bruce and Archim................Thanks for sharing your recipes.  It's nice 
to see that the holiday spirit has brought out a few posts not dealing with 
politics ( or did I miss something ).  In the same spirit, I wonder if 
anyone has a favorite recipe for my personal favorite, rice and djon-djon?  
Also, is there a source for these mushrooms in the US, or a good substitute?
