Richard, in connection with the Harlan County incident in 1993 you
remark that "The ensuing commotion led to the death of Justice minister,
Guy Malary."  You spark my curiosity.  Was there a direct connection
between these two events?  Or were they just two instances of the same
opposition to the return of Aristide that was shared by the Haitian
military, the CIA, and some others?
