This claim of immunity on the part of Danny Toussaint is not going to help solving the murder of Jean Dominique any time soon, nor will it get Danny Toussaint off the hook, because he is already a suspect.  Logic should dictate to Mr. Toussaint that the only way to clear his name from all the allegations is to fully coorporate with the investigating judge on the case.  By his refusal he is simply adding more doubt to his innocence in this matter.  The choice is so clear, one has to wonder about the kind of twisted logic behind his claim of immunity.
