Urban rumour ?  That post was 100 % true and anybody, foreign or Haitian,
who has obtained or wanted a contract with the Haitian government has been
to this lady's home or office.  Unofficially, she is Aristide's "procurement
minister".
I fully understand why the author of the post remained anonymous, one does
not mess with Gladys Lauture.
