Another of the great benefits to goats in Developing Nation settings is the
fact that the milk directly from the goat is pasteurized, there is no danger
and no processing necessary.  It is easily digested by lactose senitive
people -- which includes a lot of the Haitian people.  Yes, they will eat
anything, including sapling trees, but their benefits to the people outnumber
this, we just need to encourage more staking so we protect the trees until
they are large enough to make it.
