I was waiting to see whether somebody confirmed the existence of the book.
I found a notice of the title when I was working on the translation of
Aristide's DIGNITY and was scared that they were going to bring out a
parallel title with my translation in production, but I contacted them and
was assured that the book ("Peace, Justice, and Power..") was not ready and
there was never any evidence of it later.  I think M. Karshan is giving the
final word.
