The drumbeats of accusations against Lavalas for human rights violations
will escalate over the next few days as is evidenced by the reposting of
this article dated March 13th. Everyone should use this opportunity to
divine and otherwise comprehend the pattern being established here. These
drumbeats are to plough the road ahead for another great provocation of
violence by the Democratic Convergence who are unhappy with the progress
recently made between the Haitian government and the OAS. You see, a
political settlement means nothing less than political death for
Washington's darlings.

What form will this next provocation take, nothing less than poking a
starving tiger you have locked in a cage with a sharp stick. According to
sources, the Convergence is planning to "install" their own Prime Minister
and cabinet, ala the virtually silly Gerard Gorgue, as soon as Saturday. I
pray that rather than take the bait, the poor majority will lead the rest of
the world in laughing at these pathetic and cynical souls. We could all use
a good laugh about now.
