I feel your frustration. It is deep!

Well, compatriot, infrastructure should not be for a given group nor should
people in charge have a specific given group in mind while working on
infrastructure in any given country, especially Haiti. My point now is: When
are we going to stop 'polarization' and begin 'tolerance+moderation that
should equate 'going forward', therefore 'DEVELOPMENT.'
Infrastructure is a must wherever development should take place. One
example - presidents after presidents have committed to highways or roads in
Haiti - however, there seems Never to have a plan to MAINTAIN the highways
or roads. What should that tell you?

As long as we continue to patch the holes in our pants, the holes will
always resurface.....

WE NEED INFRASTRUCTURE EVEN IN OUR CONVERSATION...
