Does it really matter that Mireille Durocher Bertin
was "officially" a member of FRAPH? The facts as
stated by Arthur, and they are on tape as well, speak
for themselves. And the additional details provided by
Nadal no less regarding her legal engagement with
Cedras leave no doubt as to where her heart really
was. What else needs to be said?

Many, many Haitians will not miss her.
