 That leaves us with an impression of conspiracy against the buses. As a matter of fact, no buses had fuel from the departure point.
Curiously enough in the middle of [a lot of fighting all over up there], one bus had enough fuel to make it to Puilboreau where and when the bus ran out of gas in the middle of the night. Maybe the driver were baselessly confident enough about making it with approximately a quarter of the amount of fuel it normally takes to reach Port-au-Prince. Or maybe he had pre-arrange the scenario with the zenglendos because such a negligence in a pitch dark night is inconceivable.

 This driver, at any rate should be questioned by the "juge de paix" who should come to the place to make the official report.

Such a report should be completed with the outcome of it.
