I still do not see the remnant of the Duvalierism in subsidizing gaz to
 keep transportation affordable to the majority of peasants, workers and job-hunters.

I did not find in what subsidizing gazolin in  Haiti is wrong compared to subsidizing the airline industry as an international policy?

And as you were asking for even more taxes you are yet to say which sector to target.
