It has been 30 years since the Pope's historic "Something Must Change Here"
speech in Port-au-Prince.  Today the Miami Herald, in a vague and short
article is reporting the the Catholic Bishops in Haiti commemorated the
occasion by repeating that something must still change in Haiti, puncuating
their proclamation with a call for Aristide to resign the presidency.  Could
someone advise how to get a copy of both the Pope's 1983 speech and this
Sunday's proclamation by the Haitian bishops?  I would really appreciate it.
