I'd say that things in Haiti are probably so bad that they aren't likely
to be
affected by whatever happens in Iraq, unless the price of gas is forced
upward.
That's only my guess... Haiti is very isolated from the entire world, as
you
know, having spent some time in Haiti... It's like being on a
200-foot-deep
ocean dive when you're in Haiti... you vaguely know there is a world
somewhere
else, but where you are has such a strong flavor that you can hardly
remember
the rest of the world very clearly. And the rest of the world ordinarily
doesn't think much about you or Haiti either. But gasoline, now that's
another
