A couple of years ago, I became famous on this list for asking this very
question!

My suggestion is:  open an account with FONKOZE.  Send your money to their
bank in New Jersey.  Then you can make withdrawals as you need at their
branch offices throughout Haiti.  They offer fabulous service and a superb
exchange rate.  Beyond that, they are wonderful people doing most valuable
work in Haiti.
