the houses were built with the Haitian People's money - by the Haitian
Government.  What a sacrilege!?

I am sure someone important, somewhere,soon enough, will be able to prove
that this has been a blatant violation of OAS Resolution 822 - Apparently,
the president of Haiti did not consult the OAS, or the U.S. embassy, before
giving the go ahead for these contructions which, frankly, look fit for
human habitation.
