No apology necessary.  I've been receiving some duplicates dated this
past Thursday and Friday with the same numbers as the originals.  I
thought it was a system problem, possibly with my ISP, until I read that
others apparently are affected as well.

Dan, this is very useful information.  If the is a duplicate post and
the SAME number, then itis a system error and not me.

I take posts, hit the forward button, give the post a number and send it
to Webster U. for distribution to the list.  I then mark off that number
on my paper next to the computer and go to the next one.  Now and again
I may use a number twice, but not with the SAME CONTENT.  If the number
and content are the same, then Webster's system is somehow sending them
twice.  If it keeps up keep me posted and I'll check with the web master.
