This note skip the Spanish colonists and Christophe Colomb and blame Haiti and the drugists for instead of the perpetrators. Is it a modern way to distort History or is it Powell's new text book in action?

By the way who is going to seriously investigate the genesis of drugs in Haiti and give a credible report towards punishing the perpetrators, if it is still the law. Certainly not those who know only one culprit on Haitian History but Aristide/Lavalas?
