I commented the silence with other Haitian friends and their remarks were
that
this is the same patterns of silencing in the United States. It an
accident
occurs in the inner city, the. media only mention that it was a black teen
with
no history, no humanity and nameless. However, if the accident involves
kids
from Long Island, the account not only give names but also how promising
their
future holds. Yet, the difference in Haiti is that when you have such
catastrophy with dozens of death, there is not even a government
