Denis, listers.

The UN did not officially come into existence until Oct 24, 1945, when
China, France, the UK, the USA and the USSR, plus a majority of other
signatories to the signing of the UN charter in San Francisco in June 1945,
ratified the charter.  I think Haiti was one of the original 51 signatories
to the June 1945 meetings, but you should check the UN website (www.un.org)
which should have the complete info.
