Unless things have changed since November, all you need is a passport.
I was there the middle of November and just needed a passport.   Also,
the exit fee has changed from 30 dollars and 10 gourdes to just $30.
Don't know why it changed.    Makes things easier, but I will miss
talking about this unusual way of exiting the country with my teams.
I'll probably carry on the legend for a couple more years.
