Haiti in 2004 will be determined by where Bush sits in the polls and whether
or not Iraq starts becoming very large liability to Dubya re-electioning

Haiti will be used as example of why longterm occupation necessary in Iraq.
Quick withdrawl in Haiti left big mess. Republicans must not be like dems.

If Bush needs pretext for invasion, don't be surprised if they "find" a
dirty bomb in a Haitian drug smuggling boat in the miami river...which will
lead to finding a terrorist cell in Port-au-Prince.

Sound ludicrous? already whisperings of leftist Colombian guerillas training
in middle-east. retracted, but floated.
