Papa Doc Duvalier had a slogan he put up around the country during his
terrible dictatorship:
"Vouloir détruire Duvalier, c'est vouloir détruire Haiti."
("Anyone who wants to destroy Duvalier, wants to destroy Haiti")
> He would be doing so much more if not hampered by the opposition.
Don't they all say that? And don't they all love it even better when
foreigners, desperately seeking something to worship, say it for them?
Claiming this is quoted "out of context" and trying to "explain" it only
digs your hole deeper.
It all comes down to: "Only Believe in Me, for I am The Way, the Truth and
the Life"
'Saviour politics' has nothing to do with 'democracy,' though of course it
is always dishonestly presented as such, in an effort to stifle all
dissent.
