According to sources present the night before Aristide departure,it was
suggested to Aristide by the international community that he resign to avoid a
bloodbath.Aristide replied that he would only after the arrival of Guy Philippe
because he wanted to stangle him.The international community answered that they
have asked him to delay his arrival in Port-au-Prince.Aristide got so mad that
he started shouting in creole "bam Guy"(give me Guy).Not having any
translator present they thought he wanted to go to Bangui.The rest is history...
