One question: as the lawyers for the "Institute for Justice and Democracy in
Haiti" are being underwritten by Miami attorney Ira Kurzban, who himself is
being paid by the Aristides, who exactly is responsible for paying William
Quigley's legal fees? It must be nice to deal with journalists who don't
remember, for instance, when Father Gerard Jean-Juste was Dany Toussaint's
"favorite" priest, especially around the time of Jean Lamy's killings and
the racist attacks against Jean Dominique and Radio Haiti Inter before the
latter's murder.

Another interesting question is, given South Africa's strident assertion
that Aristide is in no way responsible for the violence currently taking
place in Haiti, that would mean, of course, they are monitoring his phone
calls and bank accounts, correct?
