It is most dismaying to see the U.S. hypocrisy in returning Haitians and
retaining Cubans, because the latter are "freedom seekers from a Communist
government", and then see the extensive trade and massive deficit from our
giving huge economic breaks to Communist China, and their Communist
government. As it would be "logical" to give Haiti a break because it is not
Communist, clearly other factors are at work.
