Dear Friend,

We are in the process of establishing The RepresentAction Volunteer Corps,
"Se Moun Lakay".

The purpose of this corps is to "create a bridge" between Haitians overseas,
with specific skill sets and talents, and institutions in Haiti requiring
those specific skill sets and those talents.

We believe "A Brain Gain" designed, built and animated by "Moun Lakay" is an
idea whose time has come and we seek your guidance.

1) Do you favor the creation of The RepresentAction Volunteer Corps so "Moun
Lakay" can support "Moun Lakay"?

2) Do you have specific recommendations and advice about this corps?

3) Would you be interested in being a volunteer? One Week, Two Weeks, 3
Weeks, 1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months? Time Frame? If so what exceptional
skills and talents do you have that could be put to good use.
