25446: bouki (discus) kidnappers (fwd)

This new theory from the blan brigade about the
kidnapping gangs being run by Guy Phillipe and/or
nuevo Duvalierists sounds like the claim that the
rector of the  University broke his own legs and So
Anne was making manifestation pacific.
There are hundreds of testimonies that the baz
kidnappers are in Belaire. The idea that these
kidnapper gangs are Duvalierists working in the middle
of the arme Lavalas to discredit the force populaire
is almost too ludicrous for comment. What are those
blan pretending to be journalists and filmmakers
actually doing in the  middle of Belaire?

It was recently reported by victims of kidnappings
that the gangs have big cars and radio communications
and lots of new arms. Two weeks ago a fresh shipment
of arms was brought in from Santo Domingo.
It is said that take out restaurants are delivering
thousands of meals to the kidnap zones to feed those
civilians who are not allowed to leave.
Anyone trying to leave with their household possesions
are shot or made to pay ransom. The people who do not
leave are fed and given ti money.

Many thousands of people have  left  and are  staying
with relatives in other areas. Many others have no
place to go. Perhaps these are Aristide's disappeared?
The  government needs to set up refugee camps so that
people can leave the zone controlled by the crack head
army.

this past weekend  a child had eyes put out because
parents could not pay ransom.
