Getting elected in 'violation'of the constitution is not a good
confidence building measure.ÝES it would be in vilation of haitian
law.
HOWEVER if legislation are passed óf ''haitian mother and father"
under special circumstances...by tradition it has been a way of
acknowledging a persons ''haitianess...
