Legislator in ALL countries in the world are inflenced by electorates
in also PRIVATE sector powerful interest. Political donations are
accepted in EVERY country in the wold.

I personally agree with you and I would go further HAITI should have a
"LAW OF RETURN" HOWEVER the rules of enguagements are clearly spelled
out. If he rune\s despite a consitutional ban he would be in violation
of the LAW.

I personally think he is one of those haitians that deserve the
presidency but not like that!!!!

YES not bribery but i am sure that there are legal mechanism for
political donations!!!if not he will have  to wait!!!
