In my earlier post of Monday morning,  I mentioned, as per  the site at 6:30
am, that there were a total of 394,061 votes uncounted from the  departments
breakdown, while there were only 220,701 uncounted per the  country summary.In
other words there were 173,360 ucounted votes missing.In  light of the recent
press report stating having seen a tally sheet  from Carrefour with the votes
found last night in the dump. I must wonder if  they are not the same missing
votes.
It is my belief, an adjustment was made to account for the missing votes
without acknowledging their loss to the general public.Any investigation
should

start by finding out if all the tally sheets reported in the department
breakdown were all received and posted. I have a feeling they were  not.
