 Well there is a Haitian couple who are running a clothes company called
 Fred Bernard. They do delightful beach style outfits, pants, tops,
 dresses, skirts  etc - beautifully designed and hand painted.

 They have their outlet shop in the Choucoune Plaza, at the top of Rue
 Lamarre, next door to the American Airlines office and one away from Il
 Fior di Latte, a delightful Italian cafe which lots of people frequent.
