of Haitian radio stations? on the internet, during the
2001-2003 anti-Aristide (GNB)period?  Radio Vision
2000 was certainly flushed with USAID dollars during
that period.  But does Radio Kiskeya qualify as a
?pro-coup radio station??  Was the pro-Lavalas Radio
Ginen also on the take?  And what about Radio
Caraibes, still on the net? Conspiracy theory, or
overly simplistic explanation?  ?Any explanation by a
simple and unique factor is a myth in the making.? (Targuieff)
