Haitian: genetically and pathetically dumb, just like
your Dominican friend puts it (not much of a
sociologist that one, I tell ya).  Well, thanks for
saying it like you see it, anyway.  (No, no, don?t
deny it, we?re among friends, etc.)

Man, Haitians must be really dumb.  They don?t even
know how to be properly grateful when benevolent and
much more capable people come to their rescue.  And
the very thought of those Haitian-Americans not
trusting their petty savings with the NGOs that work
so hard at their so successful ?development projects!?
 How heavy indeed, the white man?s burden in Haiti!

On second thought, your characterization of Haitians ?
dumb and cheap, lyin? and stealin? ? seems more of a
perfect fit for our wannabe bourgeoisie.  And they
don?t even have the excuse of an African heritage to
account for it!
