While I understand Lance's "Modest Proposal" framing of his post, I must point 
out that he stays in PauP area, and that he has never lived in the Central 
Plateau, as I did.  If he had, he would know there are many honest and giving 
Haitians.  Altho all classified as peasants, many are highly educated and rich 
in life's most valuable assets: kindness, honesty, responsible, loving.  I miss 
them very much.
