At a recent conference on Haiti someone commented that the threat to Fonkoze 
Bank is perhaps more about their service for diaspora to send money to Haiti 
through them.  This is a lucritive business and the feeling of one person 
was that the robbers--all in new-fake-uniforms etc. would have to have 
access to resources thus the microloan business is not where it is at----if 
you are "following the money."
