#2036: Bal Populaire : Morse declines his Delatour cabinet post

I thank Mr Delatour for his offer of "Bal Populaire" in his government 
but i would prefer plain old tourism and all it encompases, including 
bal populaire, infrastructure, communication, regional hospitals, 
airports, ports, zoning, sanitation, reconceptualizing the marche 
system, hygiene, security etc. Imagine tourists bringing in dollars for 
consumption in Haiti.. it might even strengthen the gourde... 

BY the way if Haitian rice is better yet more expensive, couldn't it be 
nicely packaged and sold to specialty stores like Dean & Deluca...some 
people like spending more for better quality...
