Those of you who know French should read

this week's Haiti en Marche's main article entitled,

"La Guerre pour le Contrôle de la Diaspora"

or,

"The War for the Control of the Diaspora."

In it, HEM bemoans the fact that while Lavalas

has done a great job of taking charge in Haiti, it

is losing badly the battle to control the diaspora in

spite of the fact Lavalas had things pretty much

under control during the years in exile.
